We do not offer refunds for any orders. 

Exchange Policy (7 Days)

We only accept exchanges if the case you received is defective or damaged due to an issue on our end. If your item arrives with a defect, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The case must be in the same condition you received it—unused, and in its original packaging.
You must provide clear photos showing the defect.
To start an exchange, contact us through Instagram DMs (@case.upeg) or email us at info@caseup-eg.com. We will review your request and provide further instructions. 

Order Cancellation Policy

Since all our cases are printed on demand, we do not keep ready stock. Once an order is printed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out before it is printed to request cancellation.

Customized Cases (Names & Personalization)

For cases with customized names or designs, we require a deposit to be paid in advance in order to confirm your order. Since these cases are made just for you, we’re unable to cancel or exchange them once they are printed.
